Are there people you like to avoid, who drive you crazy, who disrespect you, or shun you? Do you spend your time bending over backwards for others? Do you aim to please everyone and ignore your own truth? Most of us demonstrate one dominant pattern that is not serving us well. In this workshop Brenda will identify the four patterns that can negatively influence how you feel after an interaction and one important way to ensure you will feel good every time. Sometimes we use one pattern to deal with colleagues and a different pattern when we are dealing with family and friends. This session will examine beliefs and patterns that cause conflict, how to determine our own part in the conflict, and how to handle or deescalate situations to find harmony.
